Anyone using Sends for online card acquiring?
We run a small online store and our current payment provider has been slow with payouts lately. I came across Sends and their acquiring offer. Has anyone here actually used them for a while and can say how stable the service is in practice?

We switched to Sends about five months ago after having issues with delayed settlements elsewhere. So far payouts have arrived on the same day, including a couple of weekends, which was what I wanted to check first. Fees depend on your volume and card mix, so I would not rely on the headline rate alone. The IC++ model starting from 1.2% turned out reasonable for us, mostly because they work directly with Visa and Mastercard. If you want to compare the terms yourself, their page on card payment processing lists the conditions in more detail than the sales calls did. Support answered at night when we had a declined batch. I would still run a test period with part of your traffic before moving everything.
