Partial Buyout

A partial buyout at Brix is ideal for smaller gatherings that want a dedicated space without exclusive use of the entire venue.

Two Hour Partial Buyout
Minimum spend: $1,000
The minimum spend may be applied toward food, wine, cocktails. ​
Dessert may be brought in.
Outside food is not permitted for partial buyouts.
Guest purchases made individually at the bar do not apply toward the minimum spend.
Includes reserved space, dedicated service staff, and event coordination.
*Food service will conclude and breakdown will begin 15 minutes before the end of the event. Guests may continue to enjoy the bar afterward, though reserved seating will be released at the event’s conclusion.
Full Buyout
A full buyout at Brix is for larger gatherings that want the entire space.

Three Hour Full Buyout
Minimum spend: $2500
The minimum spend may be applied toward food, wine, cocktails. ​
